Management Consulting Leader, Carolyn O’Brien, Joins HighStreet as Chief Customer Officer

Atlanta GA — HighStreet Collective a ‘roll-up-your-sleeves’ innovation and transformation consultancy and creator of the Living Retail Lab™ has announced that Carolyn O’Brien will be joining the firm as a Chief Customer Officer and partner.

While in-venue innovation and their Living Retail Lab are still a focus for HighStreet e-commerce on-demand delivery and other transactional commerce platforms are squarely part of their innovation ecosystem moving forward.
